Hotel was quiet and very comfortable. Plenty of outlets and usb ports. The bed was too high. I’m a petite woman and couldn’t get in the bed. I also would have liked an on-site restaurant for dinner. I reserved a room with 2 king beds but was told they didn’t have that type room and was given 2 queens beds. It was fine for one night.

Clean rooms great location.
We stayed a few days for the LSU graduation for our niece. The rooms were clean and spacious. The area is amazing plenty of eateries and shopping. We would definitely come back.

Easy friendly check in. Room had not been cleaned good. Under the table they had looked like pieces of dog food. Floor had foot prints. Toilet was not to clean. Breakfast was excellent but I would never stay again

I was waiting to write this review, as I was extremely pleased to have stayed here for the dollars paid, what a deal! Upon arrival, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was incredibly spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning had more options than I've seen in a while at similar properties. And the check-out was seamless. Overall an extremely positive experience I would have no hesitation recommending to others.

We stayed 2 nights. The second night at 9pm our smoke alarm starts going off. I tried calling the front desk and got no answer. I had to go down to the front desk to find him in the lobby standing in front of the television. I told him the alarm was going off and he goea look at a panel behind the desk and says there is not anything showing. I tell him you can hear it from the 2nd floor. He says he will come up with some batteries. We sat there for 10 minutes with the blaring until he arrived. He changed the battery which stopped the blaring noise but the thing kept chirping every 30 seconds. He said he would go down and get new batteries. I waited until 10pm and he never returned. At 6am, I go to the front desk to file a complaint and it is a different guy. He said I have been here since 11pm and was not told. I told him. If he would have known he would have fixed it or moved us. I told him I didn't know there work shifts. He said I can credit you $69, which is not even half of the night of the room. Very disappointed with this hotel. Breakfast was horrible, pancake machine broken. I would not recommend to stay at the place.

I left an item that was in sentimental valve to me. After getting a case number and calling four times to only be told “we will look and call you back” and getting no call back. I will never stay in a Holiday Inn Express & Suites again. I wish to stay in a hotel that I can trust my items to be returned when left behind and will have the decency to return phone calls.

Nice hotel
First time staying in this hotel and overall it was a nice hotel and served the purpose for our trip. The breakfast was just ok but was a nice touch. The house keeping was terrible. Took an act of congress to get extra face towels and told me they don't clean rooms while we're checked in they just do trash and make beds. I was fine with that until I saw visible crumbs left behind as if to prove a point. Minor but definitely left an impression.

Good Location
Nice people on front desk and try to be helpful. Breakfast was Ok but pancake machine was not working and there was no regular tea available. Some kids broke the gate a week before to the swimming pool and manager had to help me get in. The door back to hotel did not work. The beds in the room were very comfortable and the hotel is close to decent restaurants.

I was there for 4 nights/5 days. The first room on the 4th floor smelt heavily like mildew. The front desk person was helpful and moved us to another room. The issue then was that our safe was broken, which we told the front desk every day and nothing was done. In addition my room was only cleaned twice. They would come at 8 am to clean and if we told them to come back they just never came back. One of the days I went to the front at about 10 am to ask if they could clean the room and the lady working reception said "It ain't going happen today, we have to clean the rooms that are checking out". Excuse me? So the priority is not the guests who booked a longer stay but getting rooms clean just in case people check in? We were staying longer as my student was moving into LSU for school.

Staff was very friendly and helpful!! Hotel was clean! No problems! My advice would be to put a bigger garbage can in the hallways or add more!! The cans were full everynignt and not enough room. We like to keep our room clean and take all food garbage out each day. Also makes it easier for clean up! Overall, i give it 5 star rating and would stay here again

This property was the best stay in a long time. The staff was awesome. I had interactions with Symetress when I checked in. I couldn’t figure out the ac buttons and Jason came right away to handle it and showed me how to work it. The next morning before check out Dee was the the front desk person very nice lady and a lady her name was Ms T. She was very helpful and knowledgeable very pleasant personality. It was like everyone was on the same page. The hot breakfast was awesome and very good for a trip back home. Will definitely book with them again.
