I'm an IHG member and because I booked through a third party, they refused to accept my membership ID. The first room I checked into was filthy (Body hairs in the tub, dirt on the wall of the shower, dried food on the tables, the toilet was not clean, it had stains as well, there were brown water stains on the ceiling from the roof leaking and the room smelled of mold and mildew), so I was moved to 2nd room (no offer for any compensation from the staff for the inconvenience of moving again). The 2nd room had a leaking faucet so anytime I washed my hands or used the sink water was everywhere. The blinds in the room were broken so I couldn't let any sunlight in, the hotel phones in didnt work in either room. The wifi in the hotel only worked for tablets, laptops, or desktops. If you tried to connect through your phone, you were out of luck and the reception was so bad I couldn't even use my own data. It was a total dead spot. The breakfast was just okay, the juice is diluted with so much water it tasted like flavored water. On the last day of (Sunday) they ran out of one of the most popular breakfast items (cinnamon rolls). Multiple guests were asking for them for their children, once again we were just out of luck. During my stay each time I left the hotel and returned to my room, my keys were deactivated, so I had to return back down to the front desk to have them activate my keys again. Upon check out I wasn't asked how my stay was or anything. The staff just didnt care.
