As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a light-filled living area that features comfortable seating, a cosy indoor fireplace and modern furnishings that create a warm and inviting ambiance.

There is ample space available for parking. Three spaces in an undercover carport and an extra two spaces outside next to the house.

High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.

The home is well equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.

Guests will have access to the four-bedroom house of the homestead for their stay.   
  
\*Please note that this home is split into two separate dwellings. There is a 3 bedroom dwelling and a 4 bedroom dwelling.  
  
Both dwellings can be booked for larger groups if needed, search for 'Old Alloway Homestead' if you require the entire homestead (7 bedrooms).

Bathurst is a historic regional city located in the Central Tablelands of New South Wales, Australia. It is home to the famous race - The Bathurst 1000, which brings thousands of people from all over the country! It is also known for its rich history, natural beauty, and vibrant community.  
  
The neighbourhoods in Bathurst are characterised by a mix of residential, commercial, and recreational areas. The city centre is the hub of activity, with a variety of shops, restaurants, and businesses catering to both locals and visitors. The architecture in the city centre reflects Bathurst's colonial heritage, with many well-preserved buildings dating back to the 19th century.  
  
The residential areas in Bathurst are diverse, ranging from leafy suburban streets lined with period homes to newer developments with modern houses and townhouses. Many of the neighbourhoods are family-friendly, with parks, playgrounds, and schools nearby, making it an attractive place for families to live.  
  
Bathurst is also known for its natural beauty, with the nearby Blue Mountains providing a picturesque backdrop to the city. The Macquarie River flows through Bathurst, offering opportunities for outdoor recreation such as fishing, boating, and hiking along its banks.
