The towering ceilings and grand Georgian features transport you back to the regency era where this floor once served as a grand banqueting hall. Every detail of the apartment has been masterfully crafted to give you the ultimate luxury experience. Retaining it’s original fireplaces and ornate cornice but with brand new bespoke kitchen and bathroom suite. The high-end furniture makes this the perfect base to relax in style, boasting a grand UK super king size bed and a spacious roll top free-standing bath as two of its stand out features, but what gives this property the ultimate wow factor is the rear terrace leading out from the kitchen diner via French doors with breathtaking ‘film set views’ of the iconic Pulteney Bridge, Pulteney Weir and The Empire Hotel on the Grand Parade. The property is not only striking in it’s beauty but highly functional with a fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, large walk in shower, TV and superfast wifi as some of its key assets. Guests will have access to the entire first floor apartment and will have sole use of it for the duration of their stay. The world famous city of Bath really needs no introduction, recently voted as the 2nd best city to visit in the UK. If you are visiting Bath, then there is no better way to experience it than here, overlooking The Maze, The Weir and Pulteney Bridge. The apartment is a 2 minute walk from Bath Rugby’s recreation ground and a short stroll over the bridge to the central bus and train station. Southgate Shopping Centre is less than a 10 minute walk away and Milsom Street is just 5 minutes away. Baths premier entertainment venues, The Forum, The Komedia, Theatre Royal and Moles are all less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment. If early check in or late check out is requested, fees will apply to cover cleaner’s costs. We will accommodate this when possible. Parking is limited in the centre of Bath as most streets are for residential permits or pay and display (usually with a 2 hour max).
