This is the perfect location to explore the best of both worlds, all of Bath's celebrated visitor attractions, sporting venues, shops and restaurants are a 30 min walk or a short bus/taxi ride away, while for a more tranquil experience you'll find Alice park just round the corner and beautiful countryside walks only a stone's throw away. The house is detached on a quiet no through road and has its own drive. The beautifully presented interior is light and modern, with stylish décor throughout. The spacious living area has comfortable seating leading on to a well equipped fully fitted kitchen diner. There is also a downstairs cloakroom and utility room.
