A short walk along the artisan area of Walcot st, brings you into the city centre where you'll find all of the celebrated cultural and sporting attractions, as well as fabulous shops, and plenty of bars & restaurants to unwind in. The Avon & Kennet Canal is close by which leads onto stunning countryside, making this the perfect location to explore the best of both worlds and enjoy all that beautiful Bath has to offer. The space The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a Georgian townhouse. The beautifully presented interior is light and welcoming with stylish furniture and modern décor throughout. The space offers an open plan living area with dining table, desk space and a well equipped fitted kitchen. The bedroom has a comfortable King-size bed with doors onto a small courtyard garden, and there is a shower room with modern fixtures and fittings. This apartment is a true gem and provides the perfect base for a city break or work trip to Bath. Additional rules \- Extra guests are not allowed \- No Parties \- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm. \- Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible \- This is our home in Bath, please care for it as such \- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
