### Apartment with Stunning Views and Free Parking - Pass the Keys

This stunning flat is located in a desirable modern development in Landsdown, a prestigious area north of the city centre. A short walk (or bus ride) via magnificent Georgian architecture brings you to the Royal Crescent and beyond to all of Baths other visitor attractions, shopping quarters, and plenty of bars and restaurants. In the other direction, towards the fabulous Hare & Hounds pub and the racecourse, you can enjoy the best of both worlds with beautiful walks across the countryside.  
  
This beautifully designed modern complex, with 6 acres of communal gardens and a private tennis court is home to this fabulous apartment. Located on the second floor accessed via a staircase or a lift, the beautifully presented interior is light and spacious with stylish decor throughout and breathtaking views across the city.. The living room space is open plan with comfortable seating , dining area and a fully fitted well equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms (one kingsize, one super kingsize) both with ensuite shower rooms.  
  
You will benefit from a designated parking space within the secure, well lit carpark of the development. Apartments with parking so close to the city centre are a rare find in Bath.  
  
This apartment is a true gem, a luxurious retreat to relax in and enjoy time together with family and friends during your visit Bath.  
  
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.  
  
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.  
  
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
