### New King Street Suites - Apartment 1

This beautiful newly refurbished luxury apartment sits on the entire first floor of a Grade II listed 18th century town house in Bath.
  
 Every detail of the apartment has been masterfully crafted to give you the ultimate luxury experience. Retaining it’s original features such as windows, fireplaces and ornate cornice but with a brand new bespoke kitchen and bathroom 
  
This beautiful Georgian town house was originally an impressive family home built in the late eighteenth-century and has now recently been refurbished into three luxury apartments. The building is situated within the Bath conservation area and World Heritage Site.
  
The towering ceilings and grand Georgian features transport you back to the regency era.   
The property is not only striking in it’s beauty but highly functional with high-end furniture. Boasting a grand UK super king size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, large walk in shower, TV and superfast wifi as some of its key assets that makes this the perfect base to relax in style in Bath.  
  
In the open plan living area you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a boiling water tap, dishwasher, induction hob, oven and a fridge with a small freezer at the top. There is a sofa with a pull out double bed inside and a dining table with four chairs. The bathroom features a walk in waterfall shower and the spacious bedroom has a super king bed and storage for clothes.
  
If early check in or late check out is requested, fees will apply to cover cleaner’s costs. We will accommodate this where possible.  
  
The property is in a fantastic location in Bath with it being walking distance to most of the local attractions. Due to it's central location, street parking is limited.   
\-Charlotte Street Car Park BA1 2NE is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, it is a 3 minute walk away from the property.   
\-The Podium Car Park BA1 5BN is a 9 minute walk from the property  
  
Strictly no smoking within the property - additional fees will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
