"We were only here for a night but upon arrival (I had done online check-in), we were told we had 2 free bottles of water in the fridge but when the counter staff saw we were 4, she allowed us to take 2 extra. The hotel itself is actually pretty cool. It is very trippy - like 50’s-60’s color/decor. There was even a wine vending machine in the lobby. It is very institutional looking in the hallways. We joked that we were waiting for the 2 twin girls to show up in the hallway. The room itself was very spacious. We were surprised by it. There is no tub which is fine if you don’t have small children but it is a total walk in so people with issues stepping over the side of the tub will like this. Pillows were soft but I can’t seem to get away from that. It is situated across the street from the airport and a NASA research center. I couldn’t hear the planes from inside. We went to dinner about 8-10 mins away - there is a mall with many dining options close by. I would stay here again if the need arose to be in Cleveland again."

"All around, the hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was friendly at the front desk and in the restaurant. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and it was delicious. The neighborhood was trendy with all types of businesses and plenty of restaurants from which to choose. A+"

"The property is located below another quality hotel, but has a charming, privacy because of the trees. It has ample parking and is very quiet. The bed is good quality, everything in the room was clean, including very clean and attractive wood flooring instead of carpet, which I liked. Perhaps the proprietors will replace the hallway carpeting, which is somewhat worn. There is no elevator, which is not needed for a two-floor establishment. There are two vending machines in-house, but a nice walk up the hill to Sheetz provides all the snacks and so forth that you may want. I found it very convenient. There are many fast food and restaraunt selections nearby. Instead of driving, for instance, I could walk over to Wendy's for a burger, and across the street there is a Starbucks. Crossing the main thoroughfare is easy because there are button-controlled lights for pedestrians. Of course, with my car, I had great access to food and shopping. I really liked this establishment. The proprietor is very gracious and accommodating. While I missed in-room coffee, it was not a big deal. The proprietor serves coffee in the lobby and it is easy to get coffee nearby. I really liked the place and will stay there again for my next visit to the area."
