So central to the city. Carpark next to hotel made it so easy unloading and loading the car. Hot cookie on arrival and bottles of still or sparkling water. We were also given antibacterial wipes but we didn't even feel like we needed to use them as it was so clean. Lovely touch.

On check in the process was excellent, couldn't fault the service. The problem was that on our second day I rang down to the front desk and to shorten the story...after several attempts each being disconnected, I rang on my mobile phone 15 times! Once put through to someone in European office and another I think was Scotland. Still no connection to reception. I am disabled and was struggling with my mobility but made my way to reception, spoke to the female on the desk who shrugged her shoulders and said I am busy! Asked for CEO details to make a complaint but she didn't have the information.
