CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: Welcome to our beautifully restored Georgian flat in the heart of Bath, located on the picturesque Green Park. This elegant home effortlessly combines period charm with modern convenience, offering a stylish and comfortable retreat for up to six guests.  
  
The Space:  
The flat features two generously sized double bedrooms. The principal bedroom boasts a luxurious super king-size bed with a private en-suite shower and separate en-suite sink and WC. The second bedroom has a king bed – and includes a full en suite shower room, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. A third shower room and separate cloakroom is available for added convenience. For additional guests, the main reception room features a double sofa bed, while a cozy snug area benefits from a small sofa bed and its own smart TV.  
  
Steeped in history, this Georgian Bath stone property showcases original period features that add character and charm to the space. The heart of the home is the expansive open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, where traditional alcoves—once home to a historic range and oven—have been thoughtfully preserved, seamlessly blending old and new. A combination of stone and wooden floors – with underfloor heating throughout - add warmth and elegance, making the space as inviting as it is stylish. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals, while the dining table comfortably seats six, creating the perfect setting for shared meals and conversation. One of the rare and special features of this home is its private rear garden, offering a relaxing oasis in the middle of the city. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, this lovely space provides a welcome retreat from the bustle of Bath.  
  
Modern comforts such as fibre-based WiFi, a washing machine, and a separate dryer ensure a convenient and stress-free stay.

Guests will have sole access to the entire apartment and garden accessed via a private entrance.

In the heart of Bath, just a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants, markets, museums and the Theatre Royal. Green Park Station around the corner hosts a Saturday morning Farmers' Market which is well worth a visit.  
  
Getting Around:  
Easy walking distance to countless delights including The Roman Baths, The Thermae Bath Spa, The Jane Austen Centre, The Assembly Rooms, The Royal Crescent, The Circus, The Pump Rooms, Bath Abbey, Pulteney Bridge and The Holborne Museum.

#### Perfect in every way!

The flat was spacious, clean, nicely appointed and in a perfect location to explore Bath. We traveled with two older teens and the second room and multiple (nice!) showers was very convenient.
