Built in 1768, this elegant apartment is the perfect bolthole for couples or individuals to explore the beautiful city of Bath. With a wide selection of independent cafes, restaurants, bars and famous landmarks nearby, everything you need is right on your doorstep.  
  
Situated on the historic Alfred Street known for its beautiful architecture and prime location opposite the Assembly Rooms and near to the Royal Crescent and The Circus.  
  
The space  
Step into this sophisticated first floor apartment, where grand double doors welcome you into a bright, stylish living area. The lounge exudes charm with its elegant marble fireplace, herringbone wood flooring, and shuttered sash windows. Relax on the sofa or enjoy the views from the window seat. The dining table can be set up in front of the window to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or romantic dinner.  
  
Opposite is a beautifully designed, well equipped kitchen, complete with high, decorative ceilings and a second window seat. The apartment also offers a vibrant, modern bathroom and a tranquil bedroom featuring a double sleigh bed.  
  
Alfred street balances a peaceful residential feel being a no through road whilst being in the heart of Georgian Bath close to independent boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars.
