"Dror’s place is well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the large deck and views around the city and the sea. Parking was easy and the beach near his place was really nice. His place is very clean and inviting. The book with instructions about almost everything was helpful. Also liked that the books he wrote are there for you to read. I didn’t have time to read them but ordered them to read later. We rented a car and it was an easy drive many places from this apartment. Would recommend to...

"The apartment is very nice. The balcony is fantastic with a great view. Excellent for the evening. The beds were comfortable. The location is perfect for the beaches (the best in Tel Aviv) and restaurants in Bat Yam. The hosts were fantastic and made everything from getting there from the airport to checking in very easy."

"This is absolutely the best apartment for a family. We had the best time and best experience with the property manager Maria! She was super helpful and sweet. The booking process was simple, check in was seamless and check out process beyond easy! The apartment is super clean and has everything you need. The pool and the pool level is just right. The apartment comes with a gas grill as well! There is a super market super close, restaurants, a special beach and shopping as well. Easy to operate...

"We liked the building, the parking, and the entire apartment. We could walk to the beach or drive for 5 minutes and park - pretty much for free. Beach was beautiful and clean. -- the neighborhood of the building, however, is one big construction sight, offering lots of daytime noise, coming from several directions at once. There was also so much trash everywhere....The front of the building, the lobby, and the facilities in general, were VERY, Very clean. Excellent. The air conditioning worked...
