Welcome to our bright and peaceful 85 m² ground floor corner home in Båstad! With light tones and a relaxing vibe, it’s perfect for families. Enjoy the sunny L-shaped fenced patio with a lounge area, barbecue, and fire pit for cozy nights. Set in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood close to nature, yet just 12 min from Båstad port by car. Shops and restaurants are only 5 min away.   
Please note: small dogs might squeeze under the fence.  
  
The Space:  
This bright, inviting unit blends cozy natural elements with a soft, soothing color palette—perfect for calming your mind and immersing yourself in pure relaxation. You’ll love the open-concept living room and kitchen, which spill out through two sets of double doors onto your fully fenced patio. With a touch of greenery all around, it’s ideal for seamless indoor-outdoor living.  
  
Nestled in a charming building with just seven other rental units, this home offers two lovely bedrooms plus a dedicated laundry room for added convenience.  
  
Outside, you can dine al fresco, savor your morning coffee, or gather ‘round the fire pit to roast marshmallows as the sun sets. With its peaceful ambiance and thoughtful design, this unit is sure to leave you feeling lighter, happier, and right at home.

Båstad is a charming coastal town in southern Sweden, loved for its soft sandy beaches, rolling green hills, and relaxed summer vibe. Known for the Swedish Open tennis tournament, it’s also home to cozy cafés, lovely restaurants, and small boutique shops. Tucked between the sea and the hills, Båstad offers a beautiful mix of nature and culture, perfect for unwinding, enjoying the outdoors, and experiencing the best of the Swedish Riviera.  
  
The apartment is nestled in a peaceful, family-friendly area of Båstad, surrounded by quiet homes, fresh new buildings, and lots of greenery. Here, you can enjoy slow morning walks or bike rides through the neighborhood, soaking up the calm and natural beauty. It’s ideal for anyone who wants to feel close to nature while staying in a comfortable, modern home. You’re just 5 minutes away by car from grocery stores and local conveniences, and only 12 minutes by car—or 20 minutes by bike—to Båstad Port, the cozy heart of the town.  
  
Getting Around:  
You can easily get around by car or bike, and free parking is available at the home. The area is also great for short walks. Public transportation is available, but the nearest bus stop is about 1.4 km away-a 20-minute walk from the home.
