Blue Ridge Parkway a 30 minute drive and the Martinsville Speedway 15 minutes away. House has full kitchen with coffee k-cup machine, microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and pantry. Full size washer and dryer along with full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Main level bedroom with queen size bed, two closets and desk. Upstairs loft bedroom with full size bed and pub height table with stools. All linens and lots of reading material, games and puzzles available as well as a smart TV. New gravity-fed charcoal grill on newly replaced side deck is perfect for a barbecue. The barnhouse is located on small hobby farm with chickens, fish pond and more animals TBA. Fishing is allowed on pond and tackle is available upon request. If you're lucky Betsy, our sweet farm cat, or Dixie, our newly adopted gray cat, may just come by for a visit. Also, if our hens are free ranging, they are sure to come to the barnhouse to forage through the flowerbeds. The pictures just cannot do it justice and there is no way that you can describe the hospitality of the hosts. If we were not moving to the area soon, we would be repeat guests at this location. The host thought of everything that made the stay comfortable. There was cream, juice, drinks in fridge and even stacks in the pantry.
