Nestled on the hillside of Turtle Beach Estates, overlooking the Caribbean Sea Villa Limani offers a secluded oasis for an unforgettable getaway. This beautiful villa is located in the secluded Southeastern Peninsula of St. Kitts. The villa is an oasis surrounded by tropical beauty and seclusion offering stunning ocean view of the Caribbean Sea and Nevis. The villa is in walking distance of popular Turtle Beach, bars and restaurants and only a few miles from local attractions. Villa Limani is a perfect oasis for couples, families, celebrations or group of friends.  
  
This beautiful air conditioned villa is elegantly designed with stunning antiques furnishings complimented by modern appliances. The first floor is enclosed by ceiling-length glass sliding doors offering unobstructed stunning ocean view and light airy breezes. Accessible through all three glass French doors lays a welcoming living room for lounging in comfort that can be transformed into a social area with the 75” “The Fram” TV that displays modern art with a full Cable TV Package along with a wine fridge and portable bar. A beautiful book case inspired from the movie “The Chronicles of Narnia” offers an array of books for the avid reader. The living room opens up to a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Just past the main staircase resides a very cozy sitting area that offers solitude. For the mindful enthusiast a meditation and yoga room lies adjacent to the sitting room that can be utilized for practice or can be utilized as a bedroom which features a full-size bed, desk, ceiling fan, a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower adjacent to the bedroom.  
  
Through the French doors is a spacious open courtyard overlooking the large infinity pool with an outdoor shower, outdoor eating area with stunning views of the sea and Nevis. Relax and escape in comfortable oversized lounge chairs or sway to the breeze in the hammock. Enjoying grilling, sipping your favorite cocktail and just chilling on the deck while you bask in the Caribbean sunshine and enjoy the soothing breezes!  
  
A ceiling-length glass sliding door lets a nice fresh breeze and allows easy access to an indoor dining table for eight, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances. You will find all kitchenware that you may need as well as a five-burner gas stove which resides in the kitchen island with two bar stools. There is also easy access to your vehicle through beautifully carved Moroccan kitchen doors . The driveway provides ample parking for multiple vehicles and a basketball hoop if you ever want to shoot hoops or have a half-court-pick up game!  
  
The endless circular concrete stair leads to the second floor with an art foyer and 3 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom with AC, ceiling fan, 65'' Samsung Curve TV/Cable, walk-in closet and two all-glass French doors that lead to a deck to stargaze in the evenings while overlooking Nevis. The beautiful ensuite has a double vanity, shower and an outdoor jacuzzi and shower for a once of a kind experience and perfect for a romantic getaway. The first Guest Bedroom also overlooks Nevis with AC, ceiling fan, 42'' Samsung Flat screen TV, 2 all-glass French doors, deck, blackout curtains for a perfect night's sleep, and an ensuite vanity with jacuzzi bathtub. The second Guest Bedroom is cozily dressed with armoire, dresser, 42'' Samsung Flat screen TV and an ensuite vanity with shower; ideal for comfy, cool rests with AC, and ceiling fan. Our Villa Limani has AC in the bedrooms only, and all other rooms are open air.
