Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Enjoy this beautifully remodeled home with views of Bass Lake, ideally situated only a few hundred feet from the shore. It's a short walk from the house to a boat slip at the dock, which also offers a swim pad with ladders for easy swimming access. This large cabin provides four bedrooms, four bathrooms (including a primary bathroom with a huge walk-in shower), a spacious living room with views of the lake, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen to assist in preparing family meals. The front deck has a lake view and the back deck features a gas grill; both have picnic tables for outdoor dining. Beautiful Bass Lake is a wonderful spot for boating, skiing, fishing, hiking, and bicycling. You'll be close to the Pines Village at the lake, with its restaurants, general market, bars, shops, and full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, offering shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and a live stage theater of its own. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away and the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park is only 15 miles away. Things to know Pets are not allowed Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Dock details: Paha Dock Association - Boat Slip #9 under "ANSPACH" (requires key). Slip is no longer in the water for 2021 season 8/14/2021 Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The house was very clean and spacious and the upper deck had a great view of the lake. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, with a huge pantry for all of our food. Pingpong table in the garage was a nice feature as well. Parking was a bit tight for 3 vehicles (trucks) and the walk back up from the dock was pretty steep for kids and grandparents, but overall, it was a great place. Would stay here again 10/10\. Very large kitchen and bedrooms. Lots of stairs for seniors. Had an issue with the code to enter house. The code is very long and it must be entered relatively fast. That is hard to do while trying to read as you enter the code. Finally called the help line and was able to get the code to the key box. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. ##### Patricia W.
