Welcome to Villa Rora, a stunning four-bedroom retreat located in the heart of Baska Voda, offering unparalleled luxury and style. This four-story, minimalist modern property is designed to provide the ultimate getaway, combining contemporary comforts with breathtaking sea views.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious garage that accommodates up to three cars, alongside a fully equipped laundry room. The first floor is an open workout area which also doubles up as an entertainment room, with a games console and a table football table, it looks out over the sparkling Adriatic Sea!
The second floor is where Villa Rora truly shines. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas create a perfect space for socialising and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and a dining table that seats eight. Step outside onto the expansive terrace to enjoy alfresco dining, lounge in the sun, or take a refreshing dip in the heated infinity pool. The terrace also includes sunbeds, a fireplace, an outdoor shower, and fabulous views.
On the third floor, four elegantly designed double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, await.
