The place is nice, we booked it with breakfast and dinner, food is good, staffs are very nice. We booked an ocean view room, but we barely able to see the ocean because there were lots of trees, but we get charge for ocean view room. The air conditioning is set for 22 degrees in the room and guests can not change the room temperature by themselves. The drain in the shower was very slow.

Terrible cleaning/sanitary standards in rooms and buffet, rude staff during breakfast and the property caters to families with babies and small children which does not provide a relaxing environment for solo travelers or young couples with no kids.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. 5-6 mins walk to the Zlatni Rat beach and 7-8 mins walk to the town. The staffs were just terrible and very unprofessional. Seems like they did not wanna be bothered. From the check in to check out the whole experience with staffs was just terrible, especially the front desk. The room was not fully cleaned. Some basic cleaning. The floor had some stains and we were able to clean it easily with the sanitized wipe. The shower had drain issues! And we had to ask them to fix it. Water was just backing up during the shower. We only tried the breakfast there and the coffee was just disgusting. I saw they were brewing new coffee over the old ones. The taste was just gross. Breakfast was ok. We did not even bothered ourselves to try the dinner. Again the only good thing about this property was the location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A nice hotel in a beautiful area - completely surpassed expectation. Hotel had everything you could want. We usually avoid buffet dinner but the one here was surprisingly good

I went to that Hotel with great enthusiasm, because I thought with all the comments that I read it was a four-star Hotel, really four stars, but I found that it was not like that, there were no towels for the pool or for the beach, everything was so crowded on the beach , that there was not even where to lie down, all the armchairs al was occupied, they do not have enough capacity for what they offer in high season, it is not a four-star hotel. The food looked like they kept the loaves from the day before. They tasted kept the fish still seemed reheated. The Hotel is beautiful, the location is very nice, it has a nice view, but it is not facing the sea, you have to walk to get to the beach, it is not how they show you in the Picture, it has several beaches in front and you have to ask which is the beach that belong that Hotel. I was wrong and I went to one where they kicked me out. I felt very sad, but hey, it's a matter of experiencing it yourself. Taxis are very expensive, they take advantage of tourists. The truth is that I have very little desire to return to Croatia!! Is a very nice place but I am very disappointed!! the beaches are stone beach!! if you go,you have to wear those slippers to swim in the sea, because if you don't you will leave with horrible foot pain! This Hotel deserves two stars for the service and for the building, it deserves four stars.

The property was beautiful and right along the beach. It was a short walk to the town center where there are shops and restaurants, and boats to go on excursions like The Blue Cave Tour. We felt safe and it was very clean and well maintained. It was a perfect spot for a family vacation!

Good hotel, not so good breakfast
Good hotel, location ideal, breakfast disappointing, good staff. Breakfast finishes at 10 so very busy and noisy from 915 onwards, poor coffee, limited food choices, queues for most items. If it finished at 11, would spread the number of people out. No excuse for bad coffee.

Hotel has very much a business/confrernce feel. We were there early in their season, but staff felt like tgey could not be bothered. They felt fatigued already. They were not particularly friendly or forthcoming with a friwndly face. Despite cards in the room saying that they were eco friendly and would only change towels if left on the floor, all towels were replaced everyday.

Modern room with comfy bed and nice outlook from balcony. 10-15 minute walk into Bol village from hotel along a lovely walkway next to the sea. Zlatni Rat beach in opposite direction and close by. We were half board and found the food very similar each day, more variety would have been nice although food was well cooked.

A beautiful hotel, an excellent view of the sea, but! The balcony was not washed for 10 days, there were ants on it and my request for disinfection of the balcony was fulfilled the second time, glasses for dental checks were not changed for 10 days.

Still a good Hotel to stay in on The lovely Island Bol. We love Brac and Zlati Rat. Easy access and calm sorroundings. Enjoy the sun and clear water in this lovely place. Buy half board and Enjoy your time with a perfect breakfast and nice dinner.

Amazing Stay for an amazing holiday
We had a really good stay at the hotel, the room was really clean and modern and got turned over everyday! We loved the pool, it’s was just the right size- could have done with a bit of music for atmosphere at both ends of the pool. The staff were all amazing with great English and always happy to help with a smile. They recommended some great trips and were honest about what they thought would suit us. The food was always very nice (half board) with a range of options, however keep in mind you do have to pay for drinks including water at dinner time. When checking out they gave us another room to have a shower and get ready as we had a later flight after check out time. All in all a fantastic memorable holiday in a beautiful place :)

I will definitely stay here again
First time visiting Bol and loving this island and this hotel is excellent. Easy access to both the harbour and the beach. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout the whole hotel and the suggestions to ride the catamaran back to Split is the best advice ever!! That saves me from riding the winded road back to the ferry port which i had car sick on my inbound journey. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. Breakfast was excellent as well, lots of choices.

We had such a lovely stay and holiday overall couldn't complain about anything. Until our last morning, my mother slipped and fell and hurt herself in the restaurant at breakfast time. She fell quite hard on water that was already on the floor. I got a man who waits on attention for him to reply "what can you do". I was disgusted with the lack of help and care given to my 61 year old mother. I would of made a complaint that day only we had to leave early for a flight and didn't have time. She is now bruised with a swollen hand.

We are used to smaller hotels so we were really pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed staying here. The hotel is big but you actually aren’t aware of other guests as the room blocks are separated by section. Our superior double room perfectly faced the sea (over the pool from block D) and was big enough for us and our 4 yr old daughter on the pull-out bed. The full bathroom was a nice touch as you can’t always guarantee a bath on hols. Food at the restaurant was excellent quality, varied and plentiful (although it wasn’t quite as good towards the end of our week as I think the end of the season meant less guests and less variety to limit waste, which I’m ok with). The option of the indoor pool was essential for us as the outdoor pool wasn’t quite warm enough in September for our little one - although fine for the grown ups and she loved the outdoor kids paddling pool. The location was perfect as very close to the best beach in Brac, maybe Croatia and an easy marble walkway took you to Bol within 10 minutes. Breath-taking scenery, great beach bars and an all round great stay mean we are already working out when to come back!

Six days at Bluesun Elaphusa
Good location on the beachfront and for access to Zlatni Rat beach. Lovely pool area, plenty of loungers, nice spa. Bowling alley and sports bar were great fun. Not much entertainment while we were there (September). Hotel was very clean and well kept. Good choice at breakfast. We had a great view from our superior sea view room. Easy to book trips with reception. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Walk to the Rat!
Well situated about 10 min walk to Zlatni Rat beach however there is smaller beaches closer. The town/Marina is around 15 minutes walk. Pool area is nice and the breakfast Buffett has plenty of choice. Rooms large and clean, only thing that could improve the room is a better shower.
