The property is situated in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. The holiday apartment is located on a 60 sqm enclosed garden plot with a lawn, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (paved, length 20 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property. **Special** Air conditioning. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi) and safe. Sehr saubere Wohnung, Ausstattung völlig ausreichend, alles hat funktioniert. Die Lage der Wohnung ausgezeichnet, ruhige Lage, zum Strand ca. 4 Minuten Fahrt. Innerhalb von ca. 100 m von der Wohnung Bäckerei und Markt, so super. Nur ein Nachbar neben der Wohnung ist eine schreckliche Unordnung im Garten, ein bellender Hund und gelegentliche Geräusche von einem Nachbarn, der ein pseudoservis Motorrad fährt.
