The property is situated in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and courtyard. **Location** Baška. The holiday apartment is located on a 60 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 20 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property. **Special** Air conditioning. Cot and internet access (Wi-Fi).
