### The Heads Bath House

This brand new, architectural gem, in a quiet pocket of Barwon Heads is a rare find! You\`ll love the outside bath for a relaxing hot soak or an ice bath pick me up, overlooking peaceful & private wetlands. Inside is stylish & cosy, heated Japanese floor tiles & an open fire will keep you toasty in winter. Or open up the living area with sliding doors to the garden retreat in the summer and watch the sunset over the fields. Just a 10 min stroll or 3 min drive to Hitchcock St shop\`s & eateries.  
  
This two storey home can sleep up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms.  
  
Bedroom configuration as follows:  
\- The master bedroom with king bed & ensuite is in a self contained bedroom/building, separated by an undercover hallway that takes you to the main building.   
\- Second double bedroom upstairs in main home.   
\- Third bedroom with king single bunk beds upstairs in main home.   
\- Please note there is one bathroom with toilet downstairs in the main building - no toilet upstairs.   
\- To access the bedrooms upstairs, there is a spiral staircase, this is not suitable for toddlers/very small children.   
  
Other features:  
\- Outdoor bath with hot & cold water, you can buy ice to create a cold plunge if this is your thing!  
\- Outdoor hot shower.  
\- Indoor wood burning fireplace - can be open or closed. BYO wood.   
\- USB chargers by all beds & inside bunks.   
\- Zip tap with boiling, sparkling or still water.   
\- Nespresso coffee machine.
