I stayed at this hotel for just one night. Very friendly and nice staff. No amenities in the room except for one small shampoo, one small conditioner, one tiny bar of soap.

The rooms are being cleaned only every 3 days , nothing got replaced . Safe in the closet was broken . Very disappointed with the breakfast as well . Staff was very nice and helpful but the hotel did not meet my expectations.

I recommend Bourbon Alphaville Hotel
The room is cosy and have facilities. The location of the hotel is really good. We can find a shopping mall, drugstore and restaurants close.

Good Business Hotel
Alphaville is not a turistic spot in Sao Paulo (most like a business district). The hotel is located in a residential area close to some good resturant. Hotel restaurant and facilities are good (not the best) but for the price you get more than you pay. If you are traveling for business this a very good option.

Good business hotel
A nice business hotels with good rooms. Service was good for an English speaker and overall a good stay. If you want to have options to do things in the evening these are not in a nearby viscinity.

Good accommodation, clean and pleasant. Is undergoing renovations but no major complications. Cost / benefit relation is not so good; I found it very expensive for the given pattern. I have stayed in other similar hotels and even better ones for a better price.

I use the hotel for nights I don't feel like driving home. For the price I get through hotel.com, I have no complaints. Stayed multiple times. At check in, it is helpful to confirm your internet access name and pw but this is the same for any hotel in Brasil. The breakfast buffet is good and the hotel employees are friendly and helpful. If you are in a hurry, call down ahead of time for your car.

I have been staying at this Hotel for 5 years a few times per year. it is very good overall but currently, there is two high-rises being built right next door and the noise starts very early, even on weekends. the A/C in the room was not working very well either this time but during my previous stays, I had no A/C issues. breakfast is good and convenient if you go early. after 7h30 am, it gets really crowded and they run out of all the good stuff. I will stay there again.

I have stayed thee MANY times, the hotel is great. but when it is busy, the breakfast area is so crowded that i had to take my breakfast somewhere else a few mornings. getting the car out of the parking (valet) can be painfully long too as the hotel offers parking for others than hotel guests.

Room was dirty when I arrived and there was a smell of cigarette despite the fact that I requested a non-smoking room. They also did not have a room available similar to the one paid and requested during reservation.

The walls of shower are not too clean, black spots in grout. Everything else is fine. I was dissapointed because my resevation was for a queen side bed and the room has two twin beds. I was told that I have to pay a difference if I wanted what my reservation specified. Since it was already paid and after a long working day, I decided to stay instead to move to another hotel. The food is excelent, personnel very friendly!!!!!, it compensate the negative side for the other inconveniences, even when they do not receive a tip; the service of 10% is included on everything (mandatory, not optional)

The hard-wired internet connection in my room didn't work. WiFi was acceptably fast and there's no limit on the devices that can be connected (so far as I could tell#. The breakfast buffet #included with my room# was good. Dinner buffet #an additional charge of about $25USD) is excellent. Quick and easy for those traveling alone on business. Responsiveness and courtesy of all hotel staff is outstanding. If you don't speak Portuguese, you'll have no problem. And if you're trying to learn, you can practice with good help and patience from the staff! > ) I've stayed several times and the value of this hotel makes it my preferred stay while in Alphaville.

Away from the crowd
I was very satisfied with the whole experience. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast and lunch buffets were excellent, both in quality and choices (breakfast included in price). The rooms are well turned out. Alphaville is well away from downtown Sao Paulo, and our offices were only 10 minutes away, so we didn't have to deal with the traffic issues. One caution, if you are converting your cash to reais, be cognizant of the exchange rate. It seems to vary greatly between the airport and the hotel.

it s not an expensive hotel but the rooms should be cleaner. the carpets are filthy. I recommend the Radisson which is closer, a bit more pricey but clean and way nicer.

Good value for Alphaville
Located in a quiet side-street in the centre of Alphaville (but Alphaville is miles away from Sao Paulo), the hotel gives a good overall impression but is a bit tatty in the details. Staff were friendly and spoke English, but reception gets crowded when a coach party arrives. Breakfast good but crowded. Overall a very solid comfortable but not luxurious hotel.

A localização é boa, com fácil acesso a rodovia e deslocamentos em Barueri. Café da manhã bom e farto. Limpeza boa e roupas de cama limpas e em bom estado. Atendimento bom. Como em toda a região, estacionamento caro. Precisa de atenção na manutenção. No primeiro quarto que obtivemos havia uma cama com um dos pés quebrado. No segundo, o secador de cabelos vibrava tanto que impedia o uso. O chuveiro precisa de ajuste e limpeza. O cofre não funcionava.
