« le cadre est très agréable, mais le personnel est totalement incompétent : - pour le diner, une heure entre la prise de la commande et les plats servis à table (et il n'y avait que deux tables à servir , dont la nôtre !!!!) - même scénario pour le petit déjeuner, mais le temps est plus réduit : 25 minutes . Le prix pour ce déjeuner (12 livres) est excéssif par rapport à ce qui est proposé Lors de la réservation, le coût journalier pour un chien n'est pas détaillé : or il nous a été demandé 20...

« Très jolie Hôtel à 10 minutes de marche de Bath. Il n'y a Pas d'air climatisé par contre et il faisait chaud dans la chambre. Nous entendons du bruit avec la rue à proximité. Sinon c'était très bien:) »
