Bartlett Vacation Packages

The staff was not the friendliest or welcoming at front desk, there was some Maintenance or other thing being done so the entire breakfast, table & chair area was closed off. We did not eat breakfast on site either day. There was only 2 bags of hot tea, both earl gray , and staff said they had no more tea on the premises. Our room smelled musty and damp and I had to use our body spray to make it pleasant. For the price of stay for 2 nights I expected better.

Room was clean and fairly quiet but we had to keep calling the desk or housekeeping to get items like towels, coffee, soaps as they would not consistently restock. Food selection was minimal at the restaurant and difficult to get attention from bartenders and servers. Pool area was very small and there was no shuttle service. Also put 150$ per night surcharge on your card which they won't tell you about ahead of time - more than luxury resorts we've stayed at! The resort fee was 45$ per day and doesn't include much beyond pool access and one free drink. The location and decor were the upsides.

This property was nice, clean, and conveniently located. We will most definitely stay there again when visiting Austin.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

The place was pretty great but we had a few unfortunate things happen during our stay. First, upon arrival, we found blood on the mat in our bathroom. Then on our last day there a pip burst and flooded our closet soaking all of our clothes and quickly flooding our bathroom. We had to change room 2 more times as the bathtub was backed up in the next room. We also were then now not on the club level which we paid for, nor near the rest of our party. This wasn't a huge deal as we still had club access, just an annoyance. The club and benefits were wonderful. The pool was great though the service was incredibly slow at the pool bar.
