There's a private neighborhood white-sand beach on the Saco River. StoryLand and Attitash are both a five minute drive. There are many fantastic restaurants just moments away. The house is about five minutes from Attitash, which makes it very convenient. The set up of bedrooms allows for several couples to stay separately, and a basement bedroom has a king size bed, and two twins, which makes it ideal for a family with small children. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the unexpected snow storm that created a winter wonderland. When I walked in the view through the back wall of windows made the stress melt away! The layout of this home is great! Second floor has 2 queen beds with a 3/4 bath, 1st floor king master with full en suite and the basement has the extra living room the king & 2 twin beds bedroom with a 1/2 bath and laundry. The large dining table was clutch for meals and games. Having 2 living rooms was lovely and the fire was so cozy and great for warming boots after a day at attitash! The kitchen has a pressure/cooker crock pot and plenty of pots and pans as well as dishes. Check in and out was super easy. The location is great. It suited our needs perfectly as it has three levels, one for each family. We loved the location, close to Story Land and Santa’s Village. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby; we also went to a brewery and a distillery. The neighborhood beach area was a big hit with the little ones and the grandparents as well. Aug 23, 2018 #### Multi-family summer trip, would stay again This house was amazing and the owners did everything they could to ensure we had a great vacation. The few minor issues we experienced were overshadowed by the service we got and the condition of the home. That being said, here are the pros and cons Pros: The owners; we had an issue or two while staying here and the communication and execution of their fixes came very quickly. The House: Plenty of room, well stocked with necessities and entertainment, clean and comfortable. A great kitchen and two family and dining spaces. The Location: Just a few minutes from Storyland. hiking trails, waterfalls and a private beach on the Saco river (great for tubing and swimming) Cons: One sheet had mentioned a box of Legos that was not present. If it hadn't been one of the rainiest weeks in the summer we would not have noticed but reading about it we had not brought our own (plenty of other kid friendly games and puzzles though) The washing machine needed to be fixed, so we were unable to do laundry until mid week. The owners set up a visit from a maintenance person the day after we told them and a plumber came out another day later. The fix was done as quickly as possible. The pro's outweighed the cons, thus the 5 out of 5 stars. Overall if I needed a house for 2 or even 3 families, this would be my first choice every time. ##### Thomas L. There was no limit to the number of things you could do. From Diana's Bath to cathedral ledge to Echo lake... All this seclusion yet within 15 minutes of beautiful downtown North Conway. Great place to have your morning coffee or a cocktail under the stars. The location of this property was perfect. Close to everything but yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The private beach area on the river was like a hidden gem. Perfect spot for the kids to play and the adults to relax. The location is quiet, the house is beautiful, and the Mountain View’s are stunning. The back deck on this home is phenomenal and where we spent most of our time. Great views of the mountains. Short trip to the river. I was disappointed there was no where to lay and relax outside the house. The water pressure was very low so a shower wasn’t refreshing. The TV in the living room was very small compared to the room which was where we were most of the time. There was enough room for all of us to fit comfortably! The house was very clean. The deck has a beautiful view! We spent many mornings and evenings out there! The river access was easily accessible and plenty of space so it didn’t feel crowded with other people around. I can’t say enough about how much we loved this house! This was our second year renting and looking forward to renting again next year! The owners are extremely nice and very responsive. They even notified us that we could check in early! Amazing, lovely, super clean open floor plan home with the perfect fireplace, spacious kitchen, awesome views from every room, plenty of bedrooms and baths all of which were spotless and comfortable. It has a well stocked kitchen, even spices. The refrigerator even has an ice maker. Great neighborhood, close to Storyland. There is a wonderful family restaurant down the road,Joseph’s Spaghetti Shed. Two of the four bedrooms have air conditioners. We enjoyed our stay immensely!
