Excellent location. Very good value for your money. Nice clean quiet rooms. They give you a small fridge and microwave. There is no breakfast available in the hotel but right outside next door is a bagel shop and several other breakfast restaurants. Easy access to Tram and trains. Lots of shopping in walking distance.
Loads of restaurants everywhere. This hotel is in the center of the city.

Clean and tidy in both rooms and common areas with some lovely decorations up for Easter. Buffet breakfast had a good selection available and the chef was friendly and also happy to also cook omelette for guests if requested.
The lifts are painfully slow even though there are 2 banks of lifts - it’s like it needs to power on each time you press the button.

Great overall stay! Did find the bathroom sink far too small though and each time using it would need to mop up the water on the floor. Breakfast was excellent at the Venom Brewery. One suggestion would be to get a professional coffee machine. Found coffee to be sub par for Melbourne standards. Enjoyed tasting some great beers and loved the spicy wings. Will definitely stop in again next time in Melbourne.
