The property is beautiful and situated in a upscale quiet area of the university. There is a park nearby with a Bosque forest if you'd like to hike and exercise. It is located a little ways from the center of town. So you have to be prepared to allow time for traffic can be bas The staff are all very polite and helpful. There was one that was trying to sell us private tours which we were not interested in. Breakfast was very good. The staff didn't understand English well and told us there was charge for ordering on the menu. So we just ate the continental breakfast. But in retrospect, it should've been included. I traveled with a friend who had his own room. Both our rooms have doors connecting to another room. There is a large space underneath the door . Therefore, the light from nextdoor and noise comes through to our rooms.

Great location, wonderful bed and bedding but there was no coffee in room and it's nearly impossible to get good coffee anywhere in the neighborhood before 7 a.m. or late at night. Maybe even a self serve coffee machine in the lobby? I admit to being a coffee addict but this alone will keep me from returning to this hotel.

I have no complaints about this hotel, very centrally located, clean, updated, very friendly to international travelers. Check in desk was english friendly (and friendly overall), check in process was easy, when I got to the room it was spotless. I've seen reviews about the noise on the street facing side, I was on the backside and didn't hear a peep during my stay. When it comes to the room itself, I have no complaints, very spacious, updated and clean. There is a water purification system in the lobby and they provide two bottles of water upon arrival that you can reuse / refill as needed. Surrounding area has so much going on, I walked to most of the places I wanted to visit, miscellaneous bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and bars and was never more than a 10 minute uber from anywhere else I wanted to go. Great property, very helpful staff and I would definitely re-book if traveling to Mexico City again

One of the best hotels I have stayed. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the “cafe de olla “ one of the best . Will definitely stay at this hotel again . The views are amazing!
