Really good environment and everything is close to the hotel definitely I’ll book another stay again.

Staff te recibe desde que pisas propiedad y se aseguran de que tengas todo lo necesario para tu estancia. La habitación todo muy bien, excepto la barra de snack le podrían agregar unos cuantos snacks más, el baño no lo podías abrir de adentro ya que se la cayó una pieza para abrir puerta. Tuve que limpiar el zarro de la cabeza de la regadera para que no saliera el agua por la puerta Pero lo demás en general muy bien. Muy limpio. Súper recomendable

The service was on point and specially the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Our only deduction from the 5 stars service was that the elevator was not working.

Expedia and property Safi Valle are not on the same terms. I had the hotel for 9 days for 3 people and I had to leave on an emergency a day before. I was going to leave the key to my cousin and decided I would notify the front desk that I was going to leave my cousin in the room for one night. The hotel wouldn’t let me because it was against supposedly their rules. I could’ve just gave the key to my cousin but i tried to do the right thing. The hotel claimed that they have to register people to the room. I spoke to the manager at the hotel that stated that she couldn’t refund me the last day and finally she asked me for my email address so she could send me a free night voucher. I think that was the strategy to get rid of me. While staying at the hotel I had an unknown visitor open my hotel room door at 2 am. I jumped up out of bed and ran towards the door. I pushed a person out of the door and slammed the door. I called the front desk and all they said was that they were looking into it. So much for registering people to a room. Based on a stranger trying to get into my room at 2 am. My family and I will never use Expedia or Safi again. Very dissatisfied with both. Customer service at the Hotel is the worse. Thank you.

Excelente hotel , muy buena atención a cliente , todo muy bien . Lo único negativo que no me gustó es que no pude disfrutar de alberca o jacuzzi porque el hotel deja entrar gente externa con un brazalete que no son huéspedes que pagan por el día . Mientras nosotros de huéspedes no pudimos relajarnos porque estaba lleno y el aérea es pequeña . Muy buena atención a cliente muy amables
