The VanderMarck Boutique Hotel Located Downtown Collingwood is a 9 suite luxury boutique hotel offering short term and extended stay options. The hotel has no front desk and offers guests maximum privacy. The latest in technology and security is incorporated into the hotel, everything is done completely wirelessly from booking your suite to check-in.

The house has a unique history, built-in 1912 for the town doctor and onetime Mayor. We have re-imagined this old house with one goal, creating a memorable experience for our guests. Everything throughout has been selected with care, including the beautiful photography, luxury linens, designer furniture, accessories, handcrafted bath products. The hotel has undergone extensive renovation and boasts a beautiful outdoor common area with several water features where guests can relax.

One of our largest suites located on the lower level of the hotel. This open concept 2 bedroom with a private balcony features a modern full kitchen, generous living/dining area with gas fireplace and in-suite laundry. The beautifully finished spa-like bath has a double sink and walk-in shower, with locally crafted bath and body products, robes, hairdryer and makeup mirror. Nespresso coffee, BMTCo Tea, fine linens and towels are included with your stay. This luxurious 2 bedroom suite also offers free access to, Wi-Fi, Netflix and Cable. With Private enterance and driveway with free parking.
