For the price, it was ok. Main area has been renovated on the surface but ceiling paint was flaking off. Beds were comfy. Bathroom-new toilet but needs a full renovation. The water was hot, good pressure. There was a closet area but no hangers provided. Fridge was noisy. Can’t beat the price though!!

The room and staff were very nice but they had long term Tennant's who were sketchy at best along with prostitutes living next to our room. Would not recommend to a family.

Stayed here one night while biking the Simcoe County Loop — late night pizza options around ensured that we were able to eat, beds were clean, bathrooms and towels were clean. Staff were very nice. $250 security deposit was returned. Contactless checkout. Perfect!

Easy to find and good parking. Friendly and helpful staff, fixed TV problem quickly and with a smile. Great sleep and everything worked. Will use again without a doubt.

The staff were nice enough. I had a question about my bill when I got home the manager was supposed to call me I'm still waiting. Not holding my breath. There was mold in the bathroom tub area, dust on the radiator and unfinished grouting on the floor in the bathroom. We did not take showers because of the mold. My husband has COPD and it would have been dangerous for him. I didn't expect the Ritz but I expected something a little better. Disappointing.

Hello as soon you brought the mold issue we addressed it right away and it has been fixed. Had you told us when you seen it we would have offered you another room. Our on duty staff had explained you the charges multiple times over the phone. You can also varify charges with your credit card company. We haven't over charged you. You have the receipt as well. Decent property, clean and quiet. Could get better hotel soaps (they were paper thin) and more comfy cuck chairs (hard like rock).

Price was right and the room was clean. Room had a fridge, Microwave and coffee pot which were very handy. As a single traveller, I would have preferred that there was a chain lock and or deadbolt on the door in addition to the locked door knob. Served it's purpose.

It was nice and clean room, nice bed and linen. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Beautiful park with the lake, 3 minutes walk. Highly recommended.
