Hotel needs renos. Looks like some were done but caulking in the bathroom and overall maintenance was not the best. Our room door was crooked and very hard to close but clean and quiet

The room was clean but clearly was showing its age. The window had a bad draft and a small puddle had formed at the window from the rain. Being so close to the highway with old windows means the sound was pretty loud.

I thought this was a great hotel especially for the price. Great breakfast with eggs and sausage and many other choices. Stayed there for the weekend and would definitely return.

First of all when we got there, they were not very nice at the front desk second of all we went swimming and the swimming pool stunk like fish. It seem like the swimming pool had been cleaned or the hot tub. There was a rim around the hot tub. And there is no elevator to get to the second floor, which is very inconvenient. The noise at night was so loud we could not sleep we were up all night because of it.

Allowed me to have a late checkout after some negotiating. Breakfast was good enough. Waffle maker was out of service but had eggs, sausage, good selection of bagels, toast, muffins and cereal, coffee and juice. Not the fault of the hotel, but the guests in adjacent rooms were very loud, banging and talking until after 3am which made sleeping difficult. Hotel desk attended but guests wouldn’t answer the door to him. Pool and hot tub were a great addition - kid loved it. Overall for the price was a good choice.

I was unable to stay as this site is not pet friendly. However it was advertised as pet friendly. I had to find other accommodation on my own that was pet friendly. There was a major snow storm, which hindered my ability to easily travel and to find a new place. Then it took 2 hours on the phone to be approved a refund.

We booked a room for one night and I’m thankful that was it. The walls are paper thin, you hear absolutely everything at all hours of the night, the shower curtain rod was broken so water went everywhere when showering and the breakfast was subpar at best.

It was incredibly noisy. Staff was letting kids run all over the hotel, letting parents party in the hallways until 11pm. Staff was asked several times to ask parents to stop partying in the hallway and they continued to do nothing about it.

There were poorly done patch jobs on the walls, decorative curtains hanging by just the ends, rips in the shear curtains, the towel rack was loose and bolts not secure, shower was dirty and stained, sink missing the plug, and towels visibly stained. There were tons of kids running up and down the hallway with no parent supervision until almost 1am. Staff tried to control it but couldn’t especially with the limited staff. Due to the condition we couldn’t bring ourselves to eat there and went out for breakfast prior to leaving town. Worse hotel experience ever.

Ok for price. Pools was cold, hot tub was merky and all weekend was filled with extremely loud disruptive disrespectful hockey tournament kids running the halls every hour with no supervision which is a normal.occirance for this location it seems.

It was a Thursday night and some people ran in town for a hockey tournament. Kids were running up and down the hall yelling. Adults were drinking and excessively loud. Staff really couldn’t control the situation.

Very snowy so really couldn’t see outside. Since the hotel was full of families I think the pool should open before 10am as we were all waiting to use it as we had to check out by 11. Breakfast was very nice, lots of choices for kids.

Was assigned a room right behind the office and close to the lobby breakfast area. Constant noise from people in the lobby area. Could hear staff scraping chairs and tables around at 6:00 am in the breakfast area. So much strong deodorizer used in the room I could variety breathe. Cover of smoke detector missing and wires hanging out.No pictures on then walls, just metal clips showing
