The room was just okay. Expected it to have a bigger television. Continental breakfast was a huge let down. Small paper plates that didn't even hold the waffles. Plastic cutlery..says enough right there. Kinda thought there would have been at least scrambled eggs. Only friut was apples. Been to many Continental breakfasts..this was by far the worst. Staff. however, was amazing.

Property and rooms were dated like there were wear holes in our curtains. Rugs were worn and looked dirty Beds were clean and comfortable and room was clean other than the carpet. Staff were nice and breakfast was decent. The fridge was working and coffee was ok. The pool was out of service.

The Days Inn in Orillia is a great place to stay if you are attending an event at Casinorama. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The facilities are not fancy but they are clean and safe. Casinorama is an easy, short walk and there is also a pay as you go shuttle available late afternoon until 1pm. Our room was clean and quiet on the back side of the building. Breakfast was included and there is also a Tim Hortons close by.

The place hotel was very clean abd appealing.We had a deluxe room which was clean and very spacious.It had a shower and tub but the nice suprise was it also had a hot tub which was great.The bed was comfortable so our stay was great.The breakfast was just a continental which we knew ahead of time just wish there were more hot item options but it was good. We had a great night away and will go back again.Cheers!!

Short walking distance to Casino Rama. (10 minutes) Did not like that the shuttle bus cost was $20 as we thought it was a free shuttle.

The hotel had a mix up with our rooms (which was promptly fixed) however I was charged three times for room deposits for both rooms. The general manager sorted it out quickly and gave us two huge boxes of chocolates as compensation. It wasn’t necessary however the gesture was appreciated. We will definitely stay here again.

The pool and hot tub was closed for repair and has been for some time. There was no notice of this and was the only reason this particular hotel was chosen. Hotel is very dated. Mattress has a splice in the material which caused problems sleeping.
