Comfortable beds

Needed a place to stay during inclement weather. Comfortable beds! Was supprized to see front desk staff dressed in sweatshirt & jeans!

We stay at hotels in the Barrie area a few times a year. I dread going in the winter because I hate ending up at hotels full of hockey moms and dads and their annoying loud kids. This hotel was perfect in our opinion. It was quiet, decor was nice, easy check in and it with Expedia. This hotel would not attract the hockey crowd. We had a main floor room and it was nice. The pool and whirlpool seem a bit older compared to the rest of the hotel. This is in the south end of Barrie so access to the Hwy is easy. We’d stay there again.

Finally a bathroom with light!

Pros: Lighting
Cons: More amenities. Even super 8 gives you make up removal wipes etc
Location: Shopping. Near highway 400
Stayed one night. Hotel is fine. Wish breakfast was included. Easy enough to get around from location. Internet was decent. The best thing for me was this is the first hotel I have stayed in for years that has adequate lighting in the bathroom. What a welcome change!

The stay was charged to the incorrect credit card and now telephone support says it can correct the situation

We were able to check in early and they gave us a room on the ground floor so my husband didn't have to go far since he is sick.

Customer Service unprofessional

Hotel was very comfortable and clean. General Manager was rude in speaking to me and would provide me with a receipt when I checked out.. Could acknowledge that my deposit was returned to me. I left with disgust and won't stay there again. It's been more than 5 days still haven't received a receipt for my stay .
