Heather on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had some protein options. The room was not very clean. There were coffee stains and dust on surfaces and the area around the toilet had not been mopped.

Paper thin walls Carpeted room pooly vacuumed. But bed comfortable. Staff…please do not crank the heat up after cleaning rooms to max. It was a sauna when we arrived and making the room I inviting and uncomfortable.

I was quite dissatisfied when booking here. Usually I don’t leave reviews but I booked a group of people for a work trip: 1. Issues checking in 2. Refusing to give late check outs BIGGEST ONE … 4. OLD CHICKEN AND BEEF AND CHEESE LEFT IN OUR REFRIGERATOR.. are you kidding me.. down right disgusting, no one bothered to even look? 5. They gave us one roll of toilet paper, none accessible unless we called. 6. Bathroom of my staff - the mirror had black circles on it, all over and it looked so ghetto.. I was shocked they’d give out that room.

We liked easy access, free parking, good size room, clearness, great hot breakfast buffet, staff and services, high speed WiFi. We did not like syntactic bedding, scratches on bathroom mirror, wardrobe location on the other side of the room.

The Inn is very dated, dark rooms with limited lighting, front desk clerk pm not pleasant. There was a criminal incident outside, cops were called . The morning attendee was pleasant and breakfast was very good, very clean breakfast area.

The tub was so dirty my girlfriend had to wash it before she cod use bath. Not just a little dirty but crimi ally nad, not cleaned in weeks. Asked but not tomd of extra chRge for our servi e dog. The office mo key guy when we left was argumentative and did not know how to do his job, return my deposit. All in all one of the most disappointing places i have visited ever and i am a seasoned traveler.

Toilet did not flush properly. Towel bar falling of the wall, couldn't control room temperature. Bed/night stand top was dirty. Charged extra for small dog that woul It was just a poor place to stay, and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Midland Comfort Inn - anything but comfortable
My experience was terrible. The common room was double booked. The TV did not work. The heater for the room did not work properly. When I tried to cancel my second night with more than 24 hours notice they did not honour that request. The room was not used for a full day reservation was re- sold and I still received a bill.
