Family-friendly slopeside fun with a water park

The house is a split level with one entrance door. The main floor which is your space has a separate entrance and the basement, where I live occasionally, has its own entry door as well. The main floor of the house is entirely available for our guests, as well as the deck. There are three bedrooms, two of them with queen beds and the third with a sofa bed. The living room has a sofa bed as well in case is needed. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen There are two parking spots available, one of which can be the garage if desired. There is free wifi and smart TV. There is also a laundry machine and drier on the main floor that can be used free of charge. Also, in the garage there is storing space for winter equipment; the garage key is inside the house at the entrance hanging on vintage car.
DESIGNATED DRIVER SERVICE available upon request and when present on site. $15 two way trip in town; $30 two way trip to Blue Mountain and Wasaga Beach. $50 any trip after midnight.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling 7 to 14 days before check-in. No refunds for cancelling less than 7 days before check in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
Deck and back yard area to be used only between 7 AM and 10 PM to comply with the quiet time requirement of the neighborhood.
