Very Clean hotel & functional large rooms with 2 queen beds 2 chairs with table & a work desk as well staff were very helpful & friendly.

We booked this room for an overnight stay for our 17th wedding anniversary . When booking the room the pictures showed a jacuzzi tub in the room , this is the reason I booked this particular room. When we arrived at the hotel I was informed that the tub was not in the room as the picture showed, it was in the bathroom just a regular jet tub, I asked about the in room jacuzzi but all the rooms that had them were booked. We settled for the room because there was nothing else in the area available. I was even more disappointed when we got to our room to see that the jet tub looked dirty and all the jets had black surrounding them . It looked like they haven’t been cleaned ever . So we decided it was ok as they had a hot tub downstairs, we get ready head down to have a hot tub and guess what…. Now even more disappointment it’s closed. This also was not brought to our attention when checking in, overall them room itself was clean just not the tub . The price that I was charged was ridiculous for the amenities we didn’t get So not the overnight stay we wanted very disappointed!!

We stayed here when seeing a concert at casino Rama. The check in was fast, staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and large. They offer a shuttle bus for $10 per person to and from the casino which was so great. Even give a breakfast voucher, not too many places do anymore. Would stay again!

Room was good. Very small shower with low ceilings in the bathroom. Hot tub was not functioning and the gym was the afterthought type. Bed had ruts so you were stuck in a spot. Sheets and towels were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise as it said continental but it actually had everything and then some. Coffee was weak, make coffee in the room and bring it for fresh milk/cream if needed.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from the Casino was convenient and a good price. There was lots of variety at the included breakfast.

The picture of the room showed a jetted tub by the bed nut it was in the bathroom and the jet water ports were dirty, for that we did not use the tub we only had showers.

Bathroom walls were disgusting We had to replace key to room 6 times from 9pm and 930am and no it was not near a cell phone or magnetic strip it would just stop working. No elevators does not make it accessible to people with health issues. No bible in the room first hotel I’ve ever stayed in that did not have one Told the hot tub was broken down. Breakfast was not great eggs crusty and terrible, sausages taste like plastic hash browns were never topped up. Waffle station was good. Did not see an ice machine or was not told of any.

Beds were comfortable, check-in was easy, and the $10 shuttle to and from the casino was nice. Otherwise we had an unfortunate stay. When we arrived we checked over the room and discovered two pairs of mens underwear and a pair of socks in the dresser. Made us question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. They had someone come temove them when we went to dinner. The TV remote also didn't work, and we hoped to used the hot tub onsite but were told it was broken. Also had a $20 pet charge added to our bill on checkout even though we didn't have a pet nor did I ever request a pet friendly room. Will likely look for a different hotel on my next visit.

Good price but it advertised access to a bar, hot tub and a sauna which were out of commission. Likely would’ve picked another hotel if we knew. Pretty disappointing. Breakfast and staff were great.

Had a problem with Expedia booking the wrong room at the hotel. The hotel staff (Ben) did the best they could do to assist me as Expedia left me high and dry. I've stayed at the hotel a few times prior and never had an issue with the hotel as staff always been friendly and courteous. Rooms are clean and good value based on current rates.
