The expansive living room boasts ample natural light streaming through the large windows, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance, perfect for unwinding with family or hosting gatherings. ⮞ Guests are welcome to use the outdoor fire pit, and wood will be provided. ⮞ 1500 ft² / 139 m² of space ⮞ Highspeed internet access ⮞ Private Backyard and balcony ⮞ Two (2) spacious living spaces with comfortable couch sets ⮞ Smart TV from which you can access your Netflix or YouTube ⮞ Both the Master and Basement bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable double size beds ⮞ Bedrooms 2 and 3 each has a Double size beds ⮞ Two (2) clean and sanitized bathrooms ⮞ Washer and dryer machines for guests to use ⮞ Full sets of hotel quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels ⮞ The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge and stove. ➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER: Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can\`t guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs. ➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee. Please take a moment to go over our booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send a message indicating you have read and agree to the rules. 1\. There is no front desk as this is a house property. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions. 2\. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal) 3\. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund. 4\. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed. 5\. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests. 6\. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $50 charge per each additional half hour stayed. 7\. All bookings require the Primary guest\`s photo ID and the complete names of the guests above 18 years of age. 8\. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved. Thank you for your respectful cooperation in maintaining our home! The home is older so had some creaky floors, dishes were minimal but we made do with some paper plates.
