The hotel staff was very courteous. It was the first snow of the season and my son and I weren't prepared. There was an issue with my hotel reservation, the lady at the front desk resolved it immediately and in a very courteous manner. We ate dinner at the crazy horse, the food was. Overall it was a good experience.
We were there for a hockey tournament. The staff was great. All things were great for what we expected for the type of hotel it is. This is great for overnight stays for tpurnaments or business. The heating was noisy at night.
