The place is not like the photos, it is old bad smell can not sleep well because there is a lot Noisy and in the outskirts it is horrible not ruining this hotel unpleasant place and horrible breakfast scrambled egg with old and ham

Middle of the Road & City Hotel
Overall the stay was 'ok' for first visit to this part of the world. Big positives were that is was in a safe area of the city, not much going on that stretch of city block after sun goes down so no security concerns which was nice. Other positives were the friendliness of the staff despite the language gap experienced from both sides ie my limited Spanish and their limited English, the full buffet breakfast served each morning was really nice way to start each day, proximity about 2 blocks from super market (think Super Walmart or Target size and offerings of food, clothes, electronics, money exchange, etc) also a huge convenience and the cleanliness of the facilities to include the room I stayed in. The room was comfortable with a firm mattress, plenty of closet space, desk & chair, stocked mini-fridge, good a/c unit, older but working tv and clean bathroom with large shower. The water never got very warm but was tolerable and found out this is the situation for most of the city. Being that I am a frequent traveler and have stayed in some of the nicer hotels around the globe I'd have to give the Charthon a middle of the pack mark for this stay. I do want to thank their staff again for their hospitality, great people to have met for sure!

This hotel is not a 3 star hotel. It's a 2 star at best. I paid an average of $ 97.00 per night for 5 nights. This hotel has no hot water. The shower didn't have a shower head. The hotel has no pool. The temperture was 91 everyday I was there. It's not somewhere I would stay again.

The accommodation looks much better in the pictures than in reality. It is not kept up properly. There was no internet connection in the rooms. When mentioning it to the staff they just pulled up their shoulders as if they were telling me they are aware but nobody is doing anything. During part of my stay all electricity was off. People got stuck in the elevator, no internet and no airconditioning in the entire building. A cockroach was found in the elevator.

Cordial saludo habitación 303 el personal de recepción no tenía claro las ofertas que hay con hoteles.com y me intentaron cobrar 3 veces el acompañante de cuarto el desayuno es regular no hay variedad. Cada rato la nevera botaba agua y tocaba llamar que el cuarto se llenaba de agua

La verdad se esperaba más de este hotel, es el colmo que un baño de hotel tenga esas cortinas en la ducha, además que son muy incómodas las camas. La atención en la recepción las empleadas son groseras y contesting. Y adicional cuando vamos a cancelar aparecen otro valor que porque tienen que pagar la comisión a ustedes, la verdad muy decepcionada del servicio

Oportunidades de mejora
En terimerrminos generales la estadia no fue la mejor, la primera noche me asignaron una habitacion con un aire acondicionado ruidoso que no me permitio dormir, aparte habia mucha musica ruidosa en en los alrededores. Aunque me cambiaron la habitación repito que no fue la mejor experiencia
