"Iam amazed with the service in this hotel Necesito destacar la atencion y el increible trato del personal, estoy encantada! Me hospede dos veces aqui antes de mis vuelos y uno de ellos era a las 4 am… me hicieron desayuno para llevar!! El hotel es limpio, las camas son increibles de comodas, el servicio del restaurante es excelente y el personal es lo mejor del hotel! Gracias infinitas "

"When planning our trip we had no idea what to expect other than the Mandarin Oriental is known for luxury. I cannot say enough about how nice, happy and accommodating the staff at this M.O. are. The room was very well appointed and large! Temperature perfect! OMG the shower was the best we have ever experienced!! If you havent yet join the Fans of M.O.! They have amazing experiences and specialty things they do for you and we had a couple really nice surprises!! To name a few staff that went above and beyond were Stephanie from guest relations, Andres the concierge, Karen in the bar and Alonzo(forgive me if I spelt it wrong) the bellhop. These people and many more whose names escape me made this feel like home! "
