Property is an old hotel but still in usable condition. Staff and service is very poor, I had and all inclusive package and you have to look for a waitress to serve you, both restaurant and pool. Looks like staff don’t want to be there for work. You’re very limited in food. You’ll not have a lot of options at the buffet, one morning my wife had to asked to changed the morning milk because it looked and tasted spoiled, you have to asked the server to refill your beverage or food at the buffet bar. Hotel needs more entertainment or shows, the only entertainment you’ll have is if you go to Barra de navidad. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone if they’re looking for a good time. I’ll not come back my self to this resort.

Staff was excellent - friendly, helpful. and professional. Also, food service, quality and quantity was superb. Views were magnificent; and the property itself is gorgeous. The stay was definitely a value. We will return. Downsides: property is older-which is fine- but cleanliness was not up to par.
