"We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The views from the backyard was stunning. I'm assuming the part of the house we stayed in was the pool house. It is connected to the owners home. Although he was right next door, we had no issues at all. He gave us our privacy and our own yard. We brought our 2 dogs with us as well. "Ich habe den Aufenthalt genossen, es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, der Strand ist nicht weit. Es gibt ein Buch in dem für die Gegend Veranstaltungen, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants und Bäckereien ect stehen."

"Wir hatten einen tollen Sommerurlaub. Das Häuschen ist sehr gut eingerichtet, wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wenn man im Garten sitzt, hört man die Wellen rauschen und man ist innerhalb einer Minute am Strand. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, mit schönen Ausflugszielen bis hin zum Mont Saint Michel. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und Nathalie war als Gastgeberin immer gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder!"

"Belle maison très bien équipée, et proche de la mer dans une petite ville. Nous etions un couple avec un bébé de 7 mois, ainsi qu'un couple d'amis. Les hôtes ont été très arrageants sur l'horaire d'arrivée, mais aussi en nous laissant une baignoire spéciale bébé. Il y a aussi une chaise haute (trop grande dans notre cas), et un lit à barreaux avec un vrai matelas. Donc maison très bien équipée pour de jeunes parents !"

"Heerlijk rustig, geen auto of iets te horen. Geweldige sterrenhemel, mooie strand. Tegen alle verwachtingen in was het water in september nog warm genoeg om te zwemmen. Heel vriendelijke gastheer. Alles in huis wat je nodig hebt om zelf te koken en zelfs een haardroger."

"Alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden, die junge Dame die sich um das Haus kümmert ist sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt problemlos. Haus, Garten und Terrasse sind sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist gut, in zwei Minuten ist man am Strand, Barneville-Carteret ist eine Reise wert. Wir werden wieder kommen!"

"An excellent property in a peaceful neighbourhood. As with many properties the photos dont do it justice. Short walk to the beach as this is just off Barneville Plage. Garden spacious so would be good for people with children. Only suggestion and one I would make to almost every property we have stayed at, please some more hanging space in the bedrooms and a 'shelf' in the shower to put soap, shampoo etc."

"This property is just as advertised - and the refurbished interior is very much appreciated. It is updated and functional. The town is itself is lovely and pleasant - the weather consistently 10 degrees (farenheit) cooler than Paris, with everything you need a short walk or at most a short drive away. Gorgeous beach, dogs not allowed in July and August - but just a littl walk down the dunes to the less populous area - St Georges - dogs are permitted. So it's fine and doable to bring your dog....

"Pascals properties are very clean and well equipped and nicely furnished. Located near the ocean in a quiet neighborhood made my stay very relaxing. My coworkers stayed at other Pascal Properties and they were equally impressed. I will stay at one of Pascals rentals when I return to the region."

"I did not stay in the property as advertised but in the one next door - without being informed. No English TV, though I was told is was "usually available". Missing on some of the basic amenities, like mugs - one but loads of small coffee cups and no tea cups, bowls and cushions. Also supposed to have an ironing board, not needed by me but not there! Minimalistic and functional. Pet friendly but there is a surcharge. On the plus side the property is well placed on a small housing development but...

"Had a lovely 2 week stay. Communication with Alice was excellent. The gite is well equipped, comfortable & a short walk from the beach. The neighbourhood was quiet. There are plenty of amenities nearby - supermarkets, restaurants etc. We had such a good time that we've already booked for best year!"
