This cozy holiday home offers barrier-free comfort on one level and comprises two separate holiday flats. It is ideal for families or groups. The cozy fireplace invites you to spend relaxing evenings. Enjoy the sun on two terraces in a beach chair with a beautiful garden view. You are only a few minutes drive from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach and the historic Hanseatic town of Wismar. Perfect for a relaxing holiday!  
Quiet yet central location on the outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Wismar. All guests who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life will find peace and nature here. The harbor and the Hanseatic town of Wismar are approximately five minutes away by car. The cycle and hiking trails can reach the beach, various shopping facilities, etc., in a few minutes. The Wonnemar leisure pool is an excellent pool and sauna complex that offers fun to the whole family. The Mumpitz indoor playground can be reached in 3 minutes by car. The Hanseatic city of Wismar offers a historic old town and an old harbor  
The accommodation consists of several separate housing units that are not directly connected to each other
