Here you rent the whole non-smoking house with a total of 3 apartments. Two of them can be connected. �� In the EC. of the 95 square meter front building are: • 1\. Living room with satellite TV, VCR and radio • 1\. Kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher. Dining table for shared meals. • 1\. Bedroom with double bed and cot if required. • Additional single bed in the living room. Covered when not in use and usable as a further seat opportunity. • 1\. Shower room / WC • On the upper floor of the front building: • 2\. Living room with double sofa bed, satellite TV and radio. • 2\. Kitchen as an open plan kitchenette with full equipment, stove with oven • 2\. Bedroom with 2 single beds • 3\. Bedroom with 1 single bed and cot if required • 2\. Shower / WC • Floors: Living room, hallway and kitchen with insulating Venyl-plastic coating, bedrooms with textile Auslegeware, • In the 75sqm extension you have: • On the ground floor: • 3\. Living room with dining, radio and satellite TV. A large sliding door leads directly onto the private terrace enclosed by a hedge. • 3\. Kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. • 3\. Shower room with toilet. • Upstairs: • 4\. Bedroom with double bed • 5\. Bedroom with double bed and cot • Bedroom 4 + 5 with wipeable vinyl floor  
  
Our house consists of 3 units. It can be the whole house, each a house floor or be rented. In common-to-use garden are seats and soft furnishings to relax. For the kids there is a large grassy play area with swings and sandpit. We have 2 bicycles for small children and for the large 2 DINO CARS (Kettcars / Gokarts) as 2-seater or 1-seater.  
  
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
