"After a travel mishap we were lucky to stumble upon Duomo Guest House on Expedia. It was not only perfectly priced for an unexpected extra night of vacation, but also in a prime location! Michele was a delightful host and even upgraded our room for us. The newly renovated room and bathroom was perfect and our balcony offered quaint views of Barletta. "This is a B&B. The host is incredibly nice. The rooms are basic but very clean. Breakfast if simple but weather permitting served outside in a patio/garden"
"Great place , central to everything. Ruggerio was more than helpful nothing was to much trouble. Great breakfast and easy walk from the station. Barletta is gorgeous "
"The friendly staff, clean property, large rooms, on-site parking and close to downtown make it good. The shower is tiny, difficult to wash my hair. Someone in an earlier post said it is a 3 dressed up as a 4. I would say that is accurate. Nice breakfast and dinner on-site. "
"An amazing experience in a Italian fishing town. Large room with comfortable bed. Owner made a recommendation for dinner cooked with love by the owners Mother. A diamond in the rough."
"The room, like the hotel, was run down. The whole place needs to be modernized. The air conditioning in my room wasn't working (it was 38C outside). I told the staff, they said that there was nothing that they could do. I spent a very uncomfortable night there. By the way, a better and far less expensive breakfast can be had a the MickyD next door"

However it in a great location with everything you need close by but you are basically fending for yourself. I wouldn’t let it put you off if you are confident in staying in a room in a building that has no other facilities....
