### Holiday house Serra - comfortable apartment with garden

Three km from the beach, we offer for rent in our house three flats with semi-independent entrances, recently renovated and perfect for those seeking a holiday of comfort and tranquillity. This flat can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with an air-conditioned living area with a fully equipped open plan kitchen and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, bathroom and a large veranda equipped for outdoor dining overlooking the garden  
This spacious and cosy flat is perfect for couples or families. It has access directly from the garden, from a large veranda equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers. It has a bright air-conditioned living area with a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave), a double sofa bed and TV, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There is a parking space in the courtyard and a washing machine. Free Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels available on request with extra charge. The presence of two other flats in the same building also makes it ideal for groups of families travelling together but wishing to maintain their independence.  
Guests have access to a large, well-maintained communal garden with lawn, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air or enjoying a barbecue thanks to the barbecue available. Each apartment has a reserved parking space in a gated condominium courtyard.  
This holiday home is situated in a quiet area just outside the town of Bari Sardo, along the road that leads directly to the beautiful Torre di Barì beach, just 3 km away. Thanks to its strategic location, you can reach the sea in a few minutes while avoiding the village traffic, making it the perfect starting point for exploring the Ogliastra coastline. Spectacular beaches such as Cea, Su Sirboni and Coccorrocci are also nearby. Unforgettable day trips by boat can also be organised to the famous coves of the Gulf of Orosei, including the iconic Cala Goloritzé, a natural heritage site of rare beauty. The beaches of Bari Sardo were awarded the prestigious Blue Flag in 2025, guaranteeing clean water, quality services and environmental respect. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and all essential services are within easy walking distance for a comfortable, relaxing stay. This location is ideal for those seeking crystal-clear beaches, authentic nature and tranquillity in one of the most fascinating areas of Sardinia.
