ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. There seemed to be 20 rooms in the unit so if Wonderful Italy has a manager there they need to do some SERIOUS training. Room was nice, clean and had a great kitchen but no starter supplies like soap for dishwasher or dish towels, no instructions for using the appliances furnished…not everyone staying is Italian. Bed was comfortable but only had a heavy duvet, needed top sheet and blanket badly for those who don’t want HEAVY covers. It was ok and I’d give it a 3 if it hadn’t been for lack of communication/support for the Wi-Fi password which we very much needed.That was a minus 1\. Would not recommend unless you just want to “wing it”
