The detached mobile home is functionally furnished. The property is located on a campsite. The residence is also popular due to its sunny waterfront location. Available for use: sunshade, sunlounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.  
  
**Holiday resort**  
National category 4 stars, reception, cash machine, 3 restaurants, pizzeria, bar, lounge, supermarket, kiosk and launderette. The campsite’s gastronomic offering is rich and varied. There are three pizzeria-restaurants, one of which has a beautiful terrace with lake view. Guests can choose between table service, takeaway options for quick meals, or refreshing breaks in the resort’s bars and snack bars.  
  
The resort has a well-stocked supermarket where guests can find fresh products such as fruit and vegetables, as well as a newsagent’s, tobacconist and a bazaar. These services ensure maximum comfort during the stay, without having to leave the campsite for daily necessities.  
  
The campsite offers numerous amenities for a carefree holiday, including cash machines, launderette, lockers, a games room and a doctor available in high season. Free Wi-Fi is accessible in some areas, and guests with boats can use a dedicated car park and a slipway.

Cisano. The mobilehome is located on a campsite, on a 170000 sqm garden plot with meadow and trees. For those looking for an ideal holiday destination for the whole family, the campsite is the perfect choice. Surrounded by lush vegetation that provides shade and refreshment on hot summer days, the campsite has direct access to the beach and a variety of services designed for the relaxation and fun of young and old. Every aspect is designed to guarantee an unforgettable stay. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property. To ensure a quiet and safe environment, the use of scooters is not permitted.

**Pool**  
All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool. The swimming pools are one of the highlights of the resort and offer options for all ages. Children and adults can enjoy the pools with slides and a hot tub, while the spectacular 2,100 m² pool with a spray park and water slides offers a unique experience. The swimming pools on the San Vito side are open from the end of March to the beginning of November, while those on the Cisano side are accessible from the end of April to mid-September.

In the complex: mini golf, tennis (1 court), table tennis, bike rental and boat rental. Animation for children. Adult animation. The campsite offers a daytime and evening entertainment programme that is active during the Easter period and from Whitsun until the second week of September to entertain adults and children with exciting activities. Sports enthusiasts can make use of the football, volleyball and basketball courts as well as a tennis court and an outdoor gym. Younger guests can have fun in the playground or play mini golf and table tennis. For further leisure options, guests can access an area with bouncy castles or hire bicycles and buoys for a fee.

Guests can enjoy a beautiful private sandy beach equipped with free parasols and sun loungers (subject to availability), offering moments of pure relaxation. Alternatively, there is a public beach with direct access from the campsite, providing a more natural setting.
