The apartment is tastefully and functionally furnished. The property features two bedrooms – one double bedroom and one with two single beds –, a windowed bathroom equipped with a shower, double sink, toilet, and bidet, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette, and a charming covered terrace. The terrace was fully refurbished in 2025 and is also equipped with a barbecue. It offers direct access to both the communal garden and the swimming pool. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for your holidays on Lake Garda, including a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, plates, and cutlery. The lovely covered terrace overlooking the pool, completely refurnished in 2025, can be enjoyed even on rainy days. It allows for outdoor dining and provides direct access to the well-kept garden and the communal pool. In addition to the absolutely prime location – very close to both Lake Garda and the center of Bardolino – the apartment truly stands out for its beautiful communal garden with a swimming pool! The property is located on the ground floor and is accessible via a few steps. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bed linen, and towels are provided free of charge. Casa Mari&Monti offers a comfortable apartment with a garden and a shared swimming pool – just a short walk from the center of Bardolino and the shores of Lake Garda! Located less than 300 meters from the town center and just about 100 meters from the historic center, this property boasts a nearly perfect location for your holidays on Lake Garda! Practically all local services such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, and more are easily reachable on foot. Other famous destinations like Garda, Verona, Lazise, and Sirmione can all be reached within approximately 10–30 minutes by car. The first shops, bars, and restaurants are located less than 200 meters from the apartment. Families will particularly enjoy the charming communal garden with a swimming pool, directly accessible from the apartment’s private terrace. A basketball court and a skate park are also located about 500 meters away. The famous Ferris wheel at Punta Cornicello can be reached in less than a 10-minute walk. Top family attractions like Gardaland, Caneva World, and Movie Land are all just a little over 10 minutes' drive away, depending on traffic conditions. Thanks to its absolutely prime location and beautiful communal pool (open approximately from May to October, weather permitting), everything is set for a perfect holiday in the heart of Bardolino, on the magnificent Lake Garda! The apartment is equipped with various comforts such as air conditioning, a parking space in the garage, bicycle storage, washing machine, Wi-Fi, barbecue, bed linen, and towels – all provided free of charge. Mari&Monti Apartment is the perfect choice for your unforgettable holiday in Bardolino on Lake Garda! Not all homes allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us via a separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In homes where animals are allowed, a supplement of €15.00 / animal / night is required. A crib, high chair, and bed guard are available for a fee and can be booked in advance. Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible only after prior communication by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presenting the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras with a credit card at check-in. Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not activated if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C). Air conditioning is active from June to September (during this period, air conditioning is not activated if the outside temperature falls below 25°C or if the inside temperature reaches or falls below 23°C). Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not allowed unless otherwise indicated in the listing. If allowed, it is available only upon reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable additional cost. In the event of electricity, gas, or other utility wastage, an additional cost is incurred (e.g., lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with windows open). It is the duty of guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each time, to let moisture out of the apartment and prevent mold formation. If this rule is not followed and mold is found at the guests' departure, charges for restoring the apartment's integrity will be applied. Due to geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down; therefore, the service is not always guaranteed. The home is not stocked with food items such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are only intended as a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay. Payments required for entering the apartment include the tourist tax + pre-authorization of the security deposit of €500 with a credit card. The final cleaning amount covers only standard cleaning. It does not include washing dishes and removing trash from the apartments to the designated points.
